Describe your authority to publish the forecast and accompanying evidence,
including any third-party material or attribution requirements. Confirm which
material you are authorizing for public release. Do not include credentials
or private source data.

Support reviews completeness, domain/profile compatibility and publication
rights, then discusses the receipt and publication details with you. Sending
this request does not itself publish a record or guarantee acceptance.
